How to include sweets & drop weight ⬇️ If you’re anything like me, you know the struggle is REAL when it comes to controlling your sweet tooth. So how do you indulge without going overboard? Here’s my foolproof trick: PORTION CONTROL! What I like to do is portion out my sweets into little 300-calorie boxes or baggies. This way, I know EXACTLY what I’m getting into. 👉 Why 300 calories? It’s the perfect ‘sweet spot’ that allows you to enjoy your treats without sabotaging your fitness goals. It’s enough to satisfy your cravings but not so much that you’ll derail your hard work. Extra TIP: If you can, choose candies that have some form of protein or fiber to balance the sugar rush. Think chocolate-covered almonds or fiber-rich fruit chews. This way, you’re making the best out of your indulgence! But if you rather enjoy the ‘real thing’, go for it. The beauty of this method? It keeps you accountable. You’ll be less likely to inhale a whole bag of sweets if you’ve portioned them out in advance.
