soup dumplings in mapo tofu type vibe sauce 80g chicken mince 1/2 tsp oyster sauce 1/2 tsp shaoxing wine 1 tsp corn starch pinch white pepper - mix into the chicken 3 garlic, minced 1/2 chilli, minced 1 spring onion, minced (greens & whites separated) 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tbsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste) 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp msg 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce 3-4 chinese dried chillies 1 - 1 1/2 cup chicken broth corn starch slurry (1/2 tsp corn starch + 1 tbsp water) 10-11 frozen soup dumplings toppings: coriander, sliced red chillies, greens of spring onion - in a claypot or pan, add some oil then then marinated chicken mince and fry until it has some colour - add garlic, ginger, whites of spring onion and chilli and fry until fragrant (add some more oil if necessary) - add doubanjiang and stir fry into chicken mince until coated - add in sugar, msg, chilli powder and dark soy and mix - pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, add corn starch slurry - add soup dumplings and reduce to simmer then cover - cook for 15-20 mins (mine took 16 mins) - uncover and top with garnishes #soupdumplings #easyrecipe #tiktokfood #mapotofu #foryou #xlb #asianrecipes
