This is a transformation I am dead proud of, here’s why… One the left, I was in a RUT. I had just broken my collarbone, missed key basketball games, struggled to see any way back to where I was and struggled massively with my confidence And yes, as a coach I still have these emotions from time to time As I know what it’s like to be in a rut and see no way out, here’s 3 things I focused on to get back on track… 1- SETTING THE GOAL I was in a rut because I saw no vision, I saw nothing beyond where I currently was however once I determined what I wanted from my life, what I wanted to achieve I was clear on where I actually wanted to be 2- GRADUAL PROGRESS Don’t be an idiot and go all in from scratch. This transformation was gradual and is now sustainable due to small wins and small goals getting ticked off. 3- STOP COMPARING Your journey is your journey and your circumstances and your circumstances.
