This recipe won the vote on yesterday’s video so as promised here’s the recipe. Chances are you have all the ingredients already at home so try this out next time you have a few bananas that are about to go bad. As always feel free to customize your toppings. I kept it simple with the chocolate chips. Do you prefer a savory or a sweet breakfast?? 2 ripe bananas 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup (or honey) 2 eggs 1 1/2 cup rolled oats 2/3 cups protein powder (I used ghost cinnamon flavor) Cinnamon (measure with your heart) 1 tsp baking powder Sprinkle of salt Chocolate chips (measure with your heart) Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and pour into muffin tins.
