Egg Soufflé Custard:
15 eggs 1/2 cup Milk 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1-2 Tbsp Chicken Powder
1 cup Green Onions Instructions:
1. Make the egg custard by blending eggs, milk, heavy cream, chicken powder until smooth. Place in a parchment paper lined baking pan and top with chopped green onions. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) in a water bath for 1-1.5 hours. 2. Air fry hashbrowns at 400°F for 15 minutes or until crispy. 3. Form your Longganisa into balls (I used 2 per patty) and pan sear for 2-3 mins in medium heat or until fully cooked. 4. Once the egg is cooked, cut into squares and place American cheese (or any cheese you like) on top. 5. Assemble and enjoy!
