This is a transformation I am dead proud of, hereâs why⌠One the left, I was in a RUT. I had just broken my collarbone, missed key basketball games, struggled to see any way back to where I was and struggled massively with my confidence And yes, as a coach I still have these emotions from time to time As I know what itâs like to be in a rut and see no way out, hereâs 3 things I focused on to get back on track⌠1- SETTING THE GOAL I was in a rut because I saw no vision, I saw nothing beyond where I currently was however once I determined what I wanted from my life, what I wanted to achieve I was clear on where I actually wanted to be 2- GRADUAL PROGRESS Donât be an idiot and go all in from scratch. Switching up my training to a hybrid approach honestly saved me massively After stopping basketball at the level I was used to I found myself lost, no real direction and that fire in my belly was non existent But after reflecting back to where I was I can definitely the main issue was I wasnât challenging myself and was just coasting through my life You may have experienced something similar⌠The answer? TAKE A JUMP. BOOK THAT EVENT. MOVE TO THAT LOCATION. MAKE A TRANSFORMATION. JUST DO SOMETHING Do something that scares you.
