I DID IT!!!! I was so nervous, but it came out so good😍😍 I have been debating for weeks whether to do a curly cut since I’ve been wearing my hair out more! I had some heat damage in the front and also really wanted some curtain bangs as well as a shape to my hair to give me more volume and dimension. I was scared to go to someone because I didn’t want someone that didn’t know how to style my hair texture or was scissor happy. TIPS THAT HELPED WITH WEIGHTLOSS👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 1. Instead of focusing on counting calories, I focused on tracking protein which helped me make better choices and stay in a caloric deficit without the anxiety of worrying about numbers. 2. I stopped eating gluten and dairy because it made me extremely bloated, which made me discouraged about my weight loss. A lot of the times I was losing weight, but it was hard to tell because of the bloating. 3. Working out five days a week doing exercises that I like. It’s hard to be consistent with working out if you don’t enjoy it. So I like to do a mix of cardio and minimal weightlifting just to keep my body toned because I’m not trying to gain muscle. 4. Incorporating cheat meals and not restricting myself to where I cannot enjoy eating. So if I get invited to eat or want to treat myself, I don’t stress about it but just enjoy myself and just make sure the next following days I go back on track. #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlossinspiration #weightlossprogress
