Our Super Seeded Granola is a must-have pantry staple Ingredients: 2½ cups old-fashioned oats 2 tablespoons sesame seeds ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds ½ cup raw sunflower seeds ½ cup hemp seeds ¼ cup flax seeds 2 tablespoons chia seeds ⅓ cup avocado oil ⅓ cup pure maple syrup 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar 1 teaspoon kosher salt ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons ground flax meal Items Needed Baking sheet Directions: Mix the old-fashioned oats and all the seeds, except chia seeds, into a bowl until well combined. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry oats mixture and mix well. Remove the crisper plate from the COSORI TurboBlaze™ 6.0-Quart Air Fryer basket. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 325°F, then tap Start/Pause. Place the granola mixture directly into the preheated basket and spread out evenly. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 325°F and time to 15 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. Stir the granola halfway through cooking. Remove when done and pour the granola out onto a baking sheet to cool. This will prevent the granola from steaming. Serve when completely cooled.

Perfect for busy weeknights or weekend dinners! 🐟 Ingredients: 1 large skin-on Atlantic salmon fillet (12 ounces) ¼ teaspoon kosher salt ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped 1 garlic clove, grated 1 lemon Directions: Place the crisper plate into the COSORI TurboBlaze™ 6.0-Quart Air Fryer basket. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 365°F, then press Start/Pause. Season the flesh side of the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Stir the olive oil, dill, garlic, and zest from 1 lemon together in a small bowl and brush the mixture onto the flesh side of the salmon. Slice half of the lemon into thin slices, then place them onto the preheated crisper plate. Place the salmon skin-side down on top of the lemon slices. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 365°F and time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
