An amazing, yummy, quick but high protein option which helps keep me full. ✨ 2 ripe bananas ✨ 2 eggs ✨ 1 tsp vanilla essence ✨ 50g peanut butter ✨ 100g vanilla protein powder ✨ 1 tsp baking powder ✨ 50g dark choc chunks ✨ 50g chopped pecans Makes 9 cupcakes. 3 is a serving for me @ 30g protein & 446 calories. 🍌 Mash bananas 🍌 Mix in eggs & vanilla essence 🍌 Melt & mix in peanut butter 🍌 Mix in protein powder & baking soda 🍌 Chop pecan halves 🍌 Add in chocolate & nuts 🍌 Transfer to 9 cupcake cases 🍌 Cook on 170 degrees for 15 mins Enjoy 😍

I initially started my weightloss journey out of hatred for how I looked… but now i see it was always so much bigger than that. I lost most of the weight over a decade ago, with a small part of it gained back during Covid (i dont think I’m alone in this!!). I found a love of working out and now THRIVE off becoming strong and fit. I had super high blood pressure, couldn’t really walk long distances and was headed for an early grave (according to my doctor). I am SO happy i made the decision to put my health first and am so happy with the life ive created with my new ability and fitness. I have managed to control my binge eating, have much more food freedom & have well and truly bought into the Runtok clan 😂 I’ve also been recovering from surgery and haven’t been as mobile as i normally am and have been feeling a bit sad about it. So i made this to remind me how far ive come… AND to spur me on to prioritise my healthy habits and behaviours so i can continue to enjoy the life ive built 🥰 Thanks for reading my tedtalk 😅 #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #healthyhabits
