Spray the air fryer crisp tray with low calorie spray, place the chicken in and spray again. Air fry on 190C for 12 mins, remove and let it rest. Method Tenderise the chicken breasts, season with salt & pepper, most of the peri seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix in the remaining peri seasoning to the crushed cornflakes, then dip the chicken into whisked egg then the cornflakes. Air fry on 190C for 7 mins along with the hash browns, flip, then another 5-7 mins, for the last 2 mins add the cheddar.
