Here's what you need. ⬇️ one onion three cloves of garlic 500 g of 5% lean beef 180 g of penne pasta 10 g of tomato purée one beef stock cube in 150 mL of water Handful of spinach smoked paprika five diced sun-dried tomatoes 10 mL of olive oil 5 mL of sun-dried tomato oil salt. 50 mL of single cream. Instructions: 1. Sauté Garlic and Beef: * Heat the olive oil in your largest and most attractive pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. * Increase the heat to medium-high and add the lean beef, browning it until no longer pink and breaking it up as it cooks. 2. Add Flavourings and Stock: * Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes along with the oil they're packed in, tomato puree, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Cook for a few minutes until everything is well combined. * Pour in the beef stock and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. 3. Cook Pasta and Combine: * In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. * Drain the pasta and add it to the beef mixture, stirring well to ensure that everything is fully integrated. Remove the pot from the heat. 4. While cereal is a convenient and tasty option, it doesn’t do a great job of filling you up. This can lead to overeating and ultimately sabotage the life out of your weight loss goals. Instead, try starting your day with a protein-rich breakfast. I’ve attached some examples below. ⬇️ 1. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞. ⬇️ In 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 10 mL of dark soy sauce 5 mL of Chinese rice wine 5 mL of rice wine vinegar 25 mL of hoisin sauce 12.5 mL of honey In a mixing bowl, combine 100g of stir fry beef with 10ml Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic salt, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 30g of cornflour, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Ensure the beef is thoroughly coated with the mixture. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (or approximately 350°F). Once heated, place the beef strips in a single layer, ensuring they aren’t overlapping. Air fry for about 10-15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Remember to shake the basket or flip the beef strips halfway through the cooking time for even cooking. While the beef is cooking in the air fryer, heat a teaspoon of sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add in the chopped chilli, pepper, and garlic cloves. Stir fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes or until they become tender and fragrant. In a separate saucepan, start by heating 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add in 20 mL of dark soy sauce, 10 mL of Chinese rice wine, 10 mL of rice wine vinegar, 50 mL of hoisin sauce, and 25 mL of honey. Whisk everything together and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, allowing all the ingredients to combine and thicken slightly. Once the beef is done cooking in the air fryer, you can add it to the vegetables in the wok or pan. Pour the sauce from the third pot over the beef and vegetables, and toss everything together to ensure an even coating of the sauce. Calories - 628 Protein - 39.2g (the above ingredient makes one portion).
