Replying to @Bozz I’ve posted a lot of machine exercise variations over the years and its always interesting to me the stuff people take issue with. If the exercise makes sense and its not damaging the machine then I dont see any issue with it. If there truly are better and easier to set up variations Id do those instead but typically I do stuff like this because it ends up being easier to set up and better for my needs. Rest a single day then try it again and see if your lifts improve whatsoever. Next week add two days in between and compare progress. Even that may not be enough time to fully recover. Go to 3..4 etc. this is how you find your ideal frequecy/volume.
