Chop the onions and peppers into about the same size. Roughly chop broccoli leaving them in decent sized pieces. Chop the chicken into cubes. Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray. Add all the veggies to the sheet pan and drizzle it with a little bit of oil. Season to your liking with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir veggies until they are well coated in oil and seasonings. Slide the veggies to one side of the pan. In a bowl season the chicken with the same seasonings you used on the veggies. For a little kick of heat add some red pepper flakes. Add a little bit of the Orange sauce and stir until well coated in seasoning and sauce. Add the chicken to the other side of the sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked pour off any extra liquid and broil for a few minutes if desired. Stir chicken and veggies together and top with a little bit more of the Orange sauce and the chopped green onions. Serve as is or over some rice.
