Make sure you mix it thoroughly before using as otherwise the cornflour will sink to the bottom. 2) Chop the chicken into chunks then dip into the egg mixture followed by the cornflour (mixed with the salt). Dip back into the egg and then back into the flour for a second coating. 3) Lightly spray oil into the air fryer, place your coated chicken in, spray again and cook at 200C for 8-10 minutes. I turn half way through. 4) Heat up a wok then mix your sauce and pour it into the wok to heat and thicken. Keep stirring and it should thicken within a minute or two. 5) Add the crispy chicken into the sauce to coat and then finish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens on top. Mix together until combined. 4) Fold in your chocolate chips. 5) Spoon the cake mixture into your tin. Bake for about 50 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool in the tin. For the icing: 6) Cream the butter until more pale in colour. 7) Add icing sugar and mix for a good few minutes until completely combined. Then add the cocoa powder and do the same. 8) Pour in the cooled melted chocolate and mix to evenly disperse the chocolate, it should be spreadable and delicious. Check out all the previous episodes of Mini Eggs 101 and start following now for more - episode 8 coming soon 😘 Ingredients: 150g golden syrup 125g butter 200g milk chocolate, chopped 200g dark chocolate, chopped 150g gf digestive biscuits (or any other gf biscuits), broken up 60g mini marshmallows 50g gf cornflakes 80g raisins 200g mini eggs, crushed 200g white chocolate 100g mini eggs, some crushed some whole Method: 1) Melt the butter and syrup in a bowl in the microwave. 2) Add the chocolate to the hot butter and syrup and mix until smooth and melted. 3) Place the broken up gf biscuits, marshmallows, raisins, mini eggs and gf cornflakes into a large bowl, mix so evenly dispersed then pour in the melted chocolate syrup mixture. Stir throughly so everything is well coated. 4) Spoon the mixture into a 9x9 inch square tin lined with non stick baking paper and press it down so it’s even. 5) Melt the white chocolate and pour it over the top then cover with mini eggs. 6) Set in the fridge for a few hours until firm, then remove from the tin and cut carefully using a warm sharp knife (warming the knife helps with cutting!). #easterbaking #minieggs #eastereggs #glutenfree #chocolate #fyp

But you literally can load the fries up with whatever you want 😘 What do you usually load yours with? Make sure you don’t miss out on any previous letters in the alphabet: A-L are all up, and stick around for letter M, what’s it gonna be?! Ingredients: 400g frozen chips / fries (i went for crinklies!) Pizza sauce (I make my own from passata, mixed herbs, garlic oil, salt, pepper, tomato puree) Grated mozzarella Pepperoni Method: 1) Air fry the chips / fries on 200C until cooked and slightly golden - shake them once or twice during cooking. 2) Spoon over the pizza sauce followed by the grated cheese and pepperoni (press the pepperoni down so it doesn’t fly in the air fryer!) 3) Air fry for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted and golden! Check out all the previous episodes of Mini Eggs 101 and start following now for more - episode 7 coming soon 😘 Ingredients: For the base: 320g gf digestive biscuits 150g butter, melted For the filling: 600g full-fat cream cheese 100g icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 300ml double cream 300g mini eggs, crushed extra mini eggs, for decoration Method: 1) Crush you biscuits and then add in your melted butter and mix. 2) Press your mixture into a 20cm loose bottom tin. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins or longer. 3) Briefly mix together your cream cheese, vanilla extract and icing sugar to combine. 4) Add in double cream and mix for 1-2 minutes - don’t overmix or it will split. It should be nice and thick! 5) Fold through the crushed mini eggs. 6) Spoon over your biscuit base and chill in the fridge overnight (no less than 4 hours). 7) Remove from the tin and decorate with a mixture of crushed and whole mini eggs.
