I was influenced but not by the influencers, by their comment sections! Every time i see someone talk about kiala greens on this app the comments are literally full of women just raving about these greens. I didnt believe they could truly taste good, but they actually do! Love this watermelon flavor it reminds me of candy. It is a little bit powdery in all honesty but i also think id rather put a scoop in my first big water bottle of the day next time. Ive had a really sensative digestion over the past couple years and have been starting to eliminate things to figure out my gut health and remedy some major bloating so hoping kiala greens will support me in this! Im not joking you when I say the right vitamin D supplement was a surprisingly integral part of getting on the right track when I very first found myself in full on burnout a couple of years ago. Ive been trying to learn and implement habits and practices to help me lower my cortisol levels for awhile now and mushroom coffee has always been on my list of things to try. I know mushrooms can be super foods with medicinal and holistic purposes all around the world. Some mushrooms are good antioxidants- lowering the toll of oxidatuve stress on our body, some mushrooms have mood boosting properties, and some “do it all” I know caffeine is not helping my stress response and coffee has sadly been upsetting my gut lately 😩 so i thought id give mushroom coffee a chance. I started with Ryze because they have a lot of positive reviews here! If youre thinking of trying mushroom coffee this is a good place to start, it has a very mild coffee like flavor and a blend of 6 different mushrooms.
