How to sculpt a stronger back This workout will be one of those you will wanna do to keep on placing each brick on each spot. Remember tho that workouts should be done consistently over time so that you can apply progressive overload. Don’t swap between different workouts every second week. Stick to the/one program for enough time to make it benefit you. 🦋 Cable Lat pullover 🦋 Seated Row 🦋 Neutral lat pulldown 🦋 T-bar single arm row 🦋 Neutral grip high row 🦋 Reverse pec deck (just because a back is not complete without some popping rear delts aint Im right?) ℹ️ sets and reps will differ from person to person, depending on their current fitness, and their current goal setting. But a base line could for sure be 8-15 reps and 3-5 sets for each exercise. Set types that I would also consider using in a few of these would be: Drop sets or even a back off set 🔥 And most importantly; FEEL THE MOVEMENT. Ensure you are feeling the mind to muscle connection being started and dare to push yourself outside of the comfort zone. 👉🏼 Will you try it out?
