I was doing two a days 5 days a week. Mornings were for legs, upper, etc and evenings were cardio and Abdominals. Saturdays were all abs. I was on a mission and that mission was really to get abs that showed because I remember somebody commented on my post like “why your abs don’t show” hahaha. 🫵🏽🫵🏽🫵🏽 annoying but motivating. Anyways got the abs and was like okayyyyy🫠🫠🫠 if I really wanted them to show babes they can 💪💅😭🥳😂 anyway, I must say through all the different body structures I created for myself this was the toughest because of the SHAPE like being strong is important but I was not playing with sculpting the shape. I did not just wanna be skinny to get my abdominals to show….the body had to still be there but lean 😭😩 It had to give🫠 anyway this physique was my toughest to achieve and wasn’t sustainable (if you’re natural like me 💅🥳) and I don’t know if I’d ever put myself in that hamster wheel again lol Healthy, in shape, with fat and meat on your bones, IS the WAVE. your body will thank you. Your hormones. Your mind. Working out is stress on the body ALREADY remember that. It’s literally physical stress on your body. It surprises me why people wonder why some fit people be the most 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 in the head. Babes they are stressed just different kind 😭(Being shredded didn’t affect me mentally but it can if you don’t have a positive body image) I’m rambling now.
