Green Goddess Pasta 💚 recipe: 15 g basil 15 g chives 1 avocado 30 g Parmesan 30 g macademia or pistachio nuts 2 cloves garlic 50 g spinach 1 shallot 1 jalapeño 200 ml pasta water (water from the pasta) ½ lemon juice salt & pepper 300 g pasta 1 burrata Chili flakes (optional to add on top) Method: 1. Add tha basil, chives, avocado, Parmesan, macadamia nuts, garlic, spinach, shallot, jalapeño , lemon juice, salt and pepper, and pasta water to a blender. Start with adding 100ml of pasta water, and slowly add more till it’s the preferred consistency. Blend till smooth. Taste the sauce and see if it as your liking. 2. Cook the pasta al dente. 3. Add the sauce to a saute pan and heat it up for 1 minute. Make sure to keep stirring. Add the pasta and carefully stir it till all the pasta is covered with sauce. 4.
