Days 5 & 6 of my meditation experience using Dan Harris' 10% Happier app! Day 5: Today was interesting because even my therapist noticed a positive change in me after beginning this week's journey. I've been focusing on applying the clarity I've gained during meditation to the times when I'm not meditating, and my vantage point feels a little broader. I also realized today that with all of the sensations that come up in your body when you focus on your breathing, how could I possibly have room for anything else in my head? Day 6: There's something about the ritual of sitting in a dignified posture that really works for me while meditating. For me, it's significantly different than the laying down and chillin' I was doing before, and it's made a world of difference. I feel chill. That is all.
