Been back in the gym regularly going 6 days a week! Starting my 3rd week straight today! I feel so weak and like I fell so far behind. The weight that I struggle with now is the same weight I use to warm up with just a couple months ago. It’s crazy how much strength you can lose in a couple months! But nonetheless, I’m not gonna give up and quit. I’m excited to get it all back and more! There’s no motivation right now, it’s not fun going to the gym but I’m going because I believe in discipline and consistency to get me to my goals.
