Antara symptomnya adalah anda ada high job satisfaction, commitment, energy & creativity. 2) Onset of stress - Semakin lama anda bekerja, anda mula rasa ade certain2 hari yang lebih susah dan mencabar berbanding biasa. Antara symptom adalah anxiety, sukar untuk fokus, elak daripada membuat keputusan, kurang interaksi sosial, perubahan diet dan sakit kepala. 3) Bila semakin teruk, anda masuk ke tahap Chronic stress - Di peringkat ini, motivasi anda semakin merudum, anda akan kerap mengalami stress. Antara symptom adalah cepat marah, rasa terancam atau panik, mengasingkan diri daripada rakan di pejabat, escape activities dan kerja bertangguh. 4) Burn out - Bila sampai ke peringkat ini, symptom menjadi semakin kritikal. They found a decrease in gray matter volume in the prefrontal cortex (decision making), anterior cingulate cortex (emotional regulation), and hippocampus (memory), increased gray matter volume in the amygdala, and altered functional connectivity between all four areas.
