Meanwhile heat your oven to about 220 degrees c, but you can go hotter and add your dish/pizza stone/dutch oven 9. Then add your dough in seem side up (so it splits open nicely) and wack in for 25 mins with the cover & 15 mins or so without the cover (keep an eye on browning) 10. Take it out and let it cool for 30 mins and ENJOY!!! 11. This same recipe can make pizza dough, baguettes, focaccia and more.
