It's the only way to live a healthy lifestyle that's actually "forever" Ingredients: 3 thin slice chicken breasts Seasoned with: Garlic powder Onion powder Salt Paprika For the yellow Rice: 2 cups of Jasmine rice 2 cups of chicken bone broth 1 packet of chicken powdered bouillon 1 packet of Sazón (for color) 1 can of mixed minced carrots & peas (drained) 1/4 white onion chopped 1 tbsp olive oil As a side I sliced some Roma tomatoes & cucumber slices. Lime (optional) Notes: in a medium size pot on medium heat add carrots & peas drained also the chopped onions. Allow them to cook until onions are translucent. Add both packets of chicken bouillon & sazón. Mix well. The add washed rice + 2 cups of bone broth. Mix well and wait for it to simmer for 5-7 min. Cover & lower the heat. Cook for another 15-20 min. Or until rice is fully cooked. Meanwhile season the chicken breasts and cook in a medium pan using avocado spray. 3-4 min per side. Once the rice is done using a fork mix it around, turn heat off and set aside. To plate I added, 1/2 cup of rice, 1 thin slice chicken breast (sliced) add the slice veggies on top and a bit of lime juice.
