Add the dissolved gelatine mixture and mix until completely combined. 5. Once the biscuit base has cooled, pour the middle layer mixture on top and place it into the fridge until set (approximately 1 hour). 6. Gently pour the cooled jelly over the top of the slice and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. 7. Cut into slices and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
