Marry Me Couscous 💍❤️ Spicy Harissa Turkey Meatballs: -1 lb ground turkey -1/2 cup bread crumbs -1 egg -1 large spoonful of chili garlic sauce -1 large spoonful harissa paste -handful of fresh parsley, chopped -handful of fresh chives, chopped -a little bit of shredded parm -1 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1/2 tsp paprika -1/2 tsp onion powder -1/2 tsp garlic powder Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined, but don't over mix. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. I coat my hands in olive oil first to prevent it from sticking to my hands. Bake for about 12 minutes at 425 degrees. I use a meat thermometer to double check they have reached 165 degrees internal temperature. Marry Me Couscous: -1 tbsp olive oil -1 tbsp butter -1 shallot, diced -6 cloves garlic, minced -3 tbsp tomato paste -4 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, minced -1 cup couscous -1 3/4 cups chicken broth -salt and pepper to taste -1/4 cup shredded parm -3/4 cup heavy cream Sauté shallot in olive oil over medium heat until softened.
