Toast spices in ghee until fragrant, add onions & fry till golden brown. Remove half of onions and add marinated mutton in, half the amount of coriander & mint, cook on low until tender 4. Add 1/2 cup of yoghurt, cover with cooked basmati rice & top with the remaining herbs, saffron milk and fried onions 5. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, remove from heat and rest for 15 minutes 6.
