01:00GIRL DINNER ib @Low carb mama 🤌🏻 Chicken crust- 20 oz canned chicken, rinsed and drained 1 egg 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp Italian seasoning Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork. Once fully mixed together, spread out on a parchment lined sheet tray sprayed with olive oil spray and shape into circle for crust. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. For creamy Cesar dressing: i used 1/2 cup mayo (can do half mayo half Greek yogurt), juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp anchovy paste, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon, 1 tsp Worcestershire, 1/3 cup grated Parmesan, pepper to taste. Add alll ingredients into a bowl and whisk. I also add a bit of water to thin it out! Toss your cleaned and cut romaine lettuce with dressing in a bowl and set aside. Once crust is done, let cool for 5 minutes. Add dressing on crust then top with salad. I topped with more Parmesan, pepper, and toasted bread crumbs!! Enjoyed with Diet Coke offcccc ;) #girldinner

Once 24 hours is up, take your base out and get creami ready. Place base in creami, turn on light ice cream setting. Take out, add some of your mix ins + 1 tbsp milk of choice or more fairlife protein and press light ice cream setting again. Take out and consistency should be good! 00:41I COULD EAT THIS EVERYDAYYYY #turkisheggs 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 clove garlic, minced Parsley, dill chopped (1 tbsp) 2 eggs 3 tbsp butter 1 tbsp Aleppo pepper (you can use red pepper flakes/paprika if you don’t have) 1 slice sourdough bread Salt to taste In a bowl, add your Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and some salt. Mix and set aside. Poach your 2 eggs. Once finished, add to a paper towel lined plate and set aside. Season w salt. (i can do a separate video on poaching eggs if you guys want!) In a separate pan, add butter on low heat. Let butter fully melt and add Aleppo pepper (or paprika/red pepper flakes), add some salt and pour pepper butter into a bowl. In the same pan, toast sourdough bread on both sides to absorb the rest of the flavor in the pan. For assembly, add your yogurt onto a plate and spread out. Add your poached eggs topped with pepper butter. Garnish with dill and enjoy with your toasted sourdough bread. ENJOYYY trust me you need to make this 😍 #easyrecipes #delicious
